Building Lives For Christ's Kingdom
Clean Feet and New Shoes
Please give to support this powerful Easter Season outreach to the unlovable, untouchable children of Ghana. All funds raised will be used for this Easter outreach to provide the food shoes, and other supplies we need and to aid in the continuing support of these same children.

Dear Friends of Hearts for Ghana Mission:
Clean feet and new shoes.
So, he (Jesus) got up from the table, took off his robe, wrapped a towel around his waist, and poured water into a basin. Then he began to wash the disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel he had around him. John 13:4-5
Have you ever had a vision that God wanted you to do something you hadn’t planned on, but knew that He wanted you to do it anyway? Well, God has put in my heart to reach out to the disadvantage and underprivilege children living in the slums, remotes villages and in the street in a way we have never done before. And I need your help.
My vision is to bring a message this Easter season that will tie the Christmas message of the baby in a manger to the Easter message of Christ’s death, burial and resurrection.
My heart’s desire is to bring a strong and compassionate Gospel message that will resonate in each child’s heart through:
- A powerful Gospel message.
- A foot washing ceremony where the staff, volunteers and I wash these children’s dirty feet.
- Present each child, a pair of new shoes.
- Easter Arts and crafts
- And Good food
We are reaching five locations and about 1,200 children in all during this Easter celebration.
With $10.00 per child, the child will not only receive eternal message of the Kingdom and have feet washed, but also the child will receive new sendal, art and craft and a good meal.
After washing their feet, he put on his robe again and sat down and asked, “Do you understand what I was doing? You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and you are right, because that’s what I am. And since I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash each other’s feet John 13:12-14
But I need your help now if we are going to get this done this Easter season.
Will you click the “GIVE NOW” button below and send your gift to help fund the purchase of the shoes needed to carry out this vision? And will you pray with me that God will provide the logistics, funding and volunteers need to make this vision a reality.
I will keep you posting through emails how things are progressing.
Thanks, and God bless you this Easter season.

Impact Stories
From helplessness and hopelessness to a future and a hope
This is a written testimony by one of our young ladies who is aging out of the Home. In the story we have changed her name and purposefully not shown her face to protect her identity.
My name is Akuea. I am 18. I was a former street child who has been transformed into a new vision by the help of Hearts for Ghana Mission. All thanks to Pastor Della and his humble team for being a conduit for God to do such a marvelous transformation in my life. And all glory goes to God Almighty and the Lord Jesus Christ.
I was the third child of a single mother of 5 children. At age 9 we were homeless. I never knew my father. My mother sold items in the market but, because we had no home we all slept on the pavements around the market. Looking at the situation, there was no hope coming – no love, no care, just taking care of myself. So, at the age of 12, I engaged in prostitution just to earn some money for myself because my dream was to be educated and become a midwife. So I enrolled myself into a school.
He Was Left Alone In The Streets To Fend For Himself
One day last fall, the women of the market and some of the street boys began to tell us about Kwesi J. We learned that a very young little boy was abandoned near the market and had been living there for about six months. Kwesi was only two years old when he began to live on the streets.
Left alone he slept hiding under the tables in the market. He begged and worked for food, but throughout this time he was always hungry and very fearful. He was barely 3 years old when Hearts for Ghana Mission discovered him. We immediately befriended him and began working with authorities so we could bring this scared little boy under our protection and provision…
Who We Are
Hearts for Ghana Mission is a registered Nonprofit (501c3) in the USA and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Ghana, with a vision to transform the lives of disadvantaged children by imbibing in them teachings of the word of God as well as equipping them with economic empowerment tools
Hearts for Ghana Mission has been reaching out and ministering to homeless children in the streets of Ghana for the past eight years. These children are devastated by poverty, disease, and neglect. They live sleep and die in the streets. They are hungry for food, shelter and the Gospel of Christ.
The Problem: Thousands of children are born, raised and live out their lives on the streets. From birth, all that these children know is hard labor, empty stomachs, ignorance and abuse. They are trapped by their circumstances and are considered unreachable, untouchable and unlovable.
The goal of Hearts for Ghana Mission is to reach these unreachable; touch these untouchable; and love these unlovable in the name of Jesus Christ.
